  1. whatever fruits and veggies you like ,because that's the only way you are gonna stick with it
  2. try sparkpeople.com they will arrange a menu and grocery list full of wholesome fruits and veggies if you choose the vegetarian option of course :)
  3. I don't think eating ONLY fruits and vegetables is that healthy. You need other nutrients like some sort of protein in your diet. You can eat anything u want in moderation and maintain a healthy weight.
  4. I suggest you do this when you're going to have two days without too many commitments. This kind of change to your intake may result in some stomach upset and loose stools. But eventually you'll adjust. The best thing you can do if you're not working with a nutritionist is to select a variety of colors and textures. This will insure that you're getting a nice mix of vitamins and minerals. Dark greens (spinach, broccoli), yellows (corn, squash, tomatoes), light greens (lettuce, green beans, celery) Fruits: these will be higher in sugar so go a bit easier on these. It's true that you'll need some protein. Meat is not the only place this comes from ... you can eat legumes such as peanuts and soy beans or edamame to get some protein in your diet. You don't need a lot, just be consistent Remember to drink plenty of water to keep your system flushed.
