does a fruit and vegetable diet work?
Anyone had success with this diet? like i was thinking of having fruit, vegetables, fruit juice and one serving of meat a day. Is this good or?

- yes, if you you are not at the top of the food chain good luck
- you need at least some rice or bread... seafood also has lower fat than meat
- Fruit is really high in sugar, so you need to be careful about how much you eat. You also need the kind of complex carbohydrates that you find in pasta, bread, & rice. And you need some calcium. The easiest way to get that is from milk or milk products like yogurt or cheese.
- First off, it's not a fruit and vegetable diet if you are eating meat. You are supposed to get about 5 servings of veggies a day regardless. Eat more veggies and omit all refined foods, stay active and you will lose weight.
- Yes if you exercise along with it.
