Vegetable Diet?
Im going on a diet and just eating vegetables and salad, maybe fruits. I also do 30 mins of cardio a day. I was wondering how long until i see results? or How much weight will i lose?

- i would suggest something other than just veg and fruit. on this diet you are likely to loose weight fairly fast...however. it is very very unlikely to stay off. i really recomend that you have a ballanced diet with lean meat and fish and some carbs (just make sure that htey are thye 'good' ones...you will need them to help you keep up the cardio) following a healthy eating plan rather than a diet will garantee results..it will take longer..but you will feel better for it and it is a much more permenant solution.
- well girls are different from boys but i would give it 2 weeks and you should have lost at least 5 #
- look its good cos eat lots but you need some protein in there too fish chicken
