What is a good fruit diet to go on and what do I do?
I want to go on a fruit diet, I just don't know what I need to do everyday and what regimen I need to follow, or what type of fruits I need to eat.

- Green apples and green grapes are the best for weight loss oh and grapefruit, they take a big part of weight loss especially when you have them in the morning with whole grain cereal, that is my mini diet when i have to lose weight for some time. it keeps you full, and energized! Go for it!
- don't go on a fad diet.... just eat healthy, lean meat and salad etc, making sure you follow the Healthy eating pyramid or you will end up feeling sick, from not getting everything you need
- My opinion do not go on fruit diet just stay away from carbohydrate or if you are to over of weight just do a gastroplastic surgery and get it over with because all diet you are going to Gan it back that's my advice.
- why would you want to go on a sugar diet? that's basically what a fruit diet is...that may be the worst thing that you can do for fat loss...a balanced diet of protein, carbohydrates and fats is what the body needs. not one type of food item consumed in excess. if a fruit diet was optimum for fat loss I'm pretty sure that a scientist would have discovered that by now.
