How to fit a healthy diet in my busy day?
I want to loose some weight but I can't fit an healthy diet in my life because I'm woorking in restaurant. I know that you need to eat some smaller amount of healthy food 5 times a day, drink a lots of water dosome workout(I do 1h30 every day : weight lifting&Eleptical) and sleep as well but I do not have the time. Do you know some quick healthy meals to eat at anytime of the day even when you finish around 11pm?

- you've summed it up, if it's that important to you nothing is impossible, you can do it, no matter of your surroundings, if you can come up with a game plan, it's achievable. do you have off days? where you can exercise? what about taking walks on your break? and what types of foods are at the place where you work?? i think you can work around it if you truly want it.
